The Suite uses extensive logging while operating. The logs can be found at /logs of the respective instances of the RheinInsights Retrieval Suite.

Logs

You can access the logs also directly from the administration interface at

https://<instance>/admin > Diagnostics > Logs

Please note that in multi-node environments, the logs from only the current node are rendered in this dialog. Therefore, please access the administration dialog of one instance directly (while making sure that the application URL is known to the authentication provider, c.f., Authentication Provider ).

This dialog shows the current logs, as well as offers accessing all other log files in the folder. The logs are ordered from young to old.

Stacktraces

The stacktrace dialog shows the current state of the instance. It can be accessed via

https://<instance>/admin > Diagnostics > Stacktraces

It is a snapshot of the system state at the time where the dialog was opened. Also here, please note that in multi-node environments, the stacktrace shown is the state of one server.
