RheinInsights Retrieval Suite - March 2025 Release

The March release of the RheinInsights Retrieval Suite brings a new connector, an enterprise search connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This connector is able to index documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 on premises, starting with Version 8 in any of our supported search engines. The supported content types cover knowledge articles, incidents and cases, all activities, attachments, posts, call notes, and more.

Moreover, the connector comes with full support of the fine-granular Dynamics 365 permission scheme. Only users who have access to specific dynamics objects will be able to retrieve them via search or retrieval augmented generation.

The new connector can be used by all of our customers after installing the new release of our Retrieval Suite.
